Tim was assistant to Tim Goodchild from 1996 to 2001, working on everything from La Boheme, with the Kirov Opera, to Taboo in the West End. Since then he has mixed set and costume design for theatre with rock and roll and worked regularly as associate designer.
Set & costume design credits include: Blue Remembered Hills, Treasure Island and Cinderella at the Belgrade, Coventry, Terry Pratchett’s musical Only You Can Save Mankind for the Edinburgh Festival, My Fair Lady at the Esplinade, Singapore, Still Life, The Memory of Water and American Buffalo in Brighton, State Fair for Arts Educational School and The Wizard of Oz for Southampton Mayflower. Tim is also the designer of Mick Hucknall's UK & European tours of Tribute to Bobby.
As an associate designer Tim has worked on The 39 Steps and Donkey's Years U.K. tours and has redesigned the sets for the U.K. tour of Boy George's Taboo and Giselle, directed and choreographed by Sylvie Guillem for La Scala in Milan and European Tour as well as being set associate designer for Sinatra at the London Palladium and current UK tour.
Tim is currently transferring The Wizard of Oz to an autumn U.S. Tour including Madison Square Garden in 2009. He is also Associate Designer for the 2009 West End production of Spring Awakening.
